15-month programme + End Point Assessment | Nationally recognised qualification
Fully funded – there’s no cost to you as a learner. You’ll earn a real salary in a paid, full-time role from day one.
During this programme, you’ll build the knowledge and skills to support financial activities across accounting processes – from data entry and reconciliations to management accounts and regulatory compliance. You’ll learn to manage your own caseload, communicate financial information clearly, and apply professional ethics in a fast-changing environment.

What You'll Learn
- Principles of financial and management accounting, including accruals, budgeting, and reporting
- Use of digital finance tools to manage financial data and generate reports
- Compliance with regulatory and ethical standards including VAT and tax processes
- Identifying and mitigating risks such as fraud and money laundering
- Effective communication of financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders

Qualification & Accreditation
You’ll gain the Assistant Accountant Level 3 Apprenticeship (equivalent to A-levels).
You may also complete Level 2 Maths & English Functional Skills, if required.
