How it Works

One day of structured training per month, ongoing coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job development.

6 hours a week is spent on Off-the-Job (OTJ) learning – things like mentoring, workshops, projects, and reflection. Real work, real learning. OTJ turns development into daily progress.
