- Understand people management data and how to leverage it for business impact
- Know employment law, HR policies, and regulatory compliance
- Develop skills in employee relations, resourcing, total reward, organisation development, and HR operations (choose your specialism)
- Gain commercial and budgetary awareness within people functions
- Learn negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management techniques

- Advise and coach managers on HR policy and law application
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends and risks
- Lead and support change projects and people initiatives

Qualification & Accreditation
You’ll earn the People Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship plus the CIPD Level 5
Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Upon completion, you can apply to become an Associate Member of the CharteredInstitute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Level 2 Maths & English Functional Skills can also be completed if required.

- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have lived in the UK or EEA for the past 3 years
- Be in a role where you can apply your learning (we can help you find one)
- Not already hold a qualification in the same subject
- Not be studying another government-funded qualification
