This programme builds the creative, analytical and digital skills needed to launch a career in marketing. From campaign planning to content creation and data analysis, you’ll develop the knowledge and confidence to support marketing strategies that drive real business results.

- Understand the marketing mix, customer journey and promotional strategies
- Create and manage content across digital and print platforms
- Learn campaign planning, delivery and optimisation techniques
- Explore audience segmentation, targeting and data-driven insights
- Understand brand identity, stakeholder management and ROI metrics
Skills You’ll Build
- Multi-channel campaign planning and delivery
- Creative copywriting, visual design and content marketing
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Stakeholder communication and team collaboration
- Project management and use of marketing software
- Budget tracking, compliance and campaign evaluation
Qualification & Accreditation
You’ll gain the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship, equivalent to two A-Levels.
You may also complete Level 2 Maths & English Functional Skills, if required.
This apprenticeship also meets the requirements for Affiliate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

A blended, wraparound learning experience designed to help you learn and grow every week — with all your progress tracked and supported through our smart learning platform, Aptem.

- Monthly training modules led by expert coaches
- 6–8 hours per week of off-the-job training
- Live workshops with real-world insight
- Ongoing 1:1 mentoring and support
- Online study and practical reflection via Aptem
- Structured on-the-job learning linked to your actual work
- Final End Point Assessment (EPA) to demonstrate your progress

To be eligible, you must:
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have lived in the UK or EEA for the past 3 years
- Be in a role where you can apply your learning (we can help you find one)
- Not already hold a qualification in the same subject
- Not be studying another government-funded qualification
Your training is fully funded, and you’ll earn a salary while gaining real experience in a full-time role.
