A: This is more common than you might think and at all ages. I really believe that this revolves around having the right people around you. Every day is an opportunity to create a new tribe around you – maybe someone you’ve only just met. The key is that they want the best for you. Also, ideally, that they bring something you don’t have – something you admire about them. Even if it’s a small thing. For example, someone who exercises regularly. It can inspire you to do the same. Or read. Or laugh. Or care about people around you.
Choose good people who care about you and the direction will come. You don’t need to know the destination, just that the next steps reflect you, your values, and the people you have chosen to be with.
And remember, sometimes purpose doesn’t arrive first, movement does. You find your way by starting. Taking small steps, trying new things, staying curious and active. Each step helps you learn something about yourself, and slowly, those small actions begin to form a path. You don’t have to have it all figured out, you just have to begin.
