What is the Growth & Skills Levy?

The Growth & Skills Levy (Formerly called The Apprenticeship Levy) is a UK government fund designed to support training and upskilling – but it’s only accessible through a registered training provider like Diverse Futures. Whether you’re a large organisation paying into the Levy or an SME eligible for co-funding, we make the process simple and powerful.

Funding Model
Over £3M Payroll
You pay 0.5% of your wage bill into a Levy account. Use it to fully fund apprenticeship training.
Under £3M Payroll
You pay just 5% of training costs. The government covers the other 95%.
If the apprentice is 16-21 (or 16-18 in a company with less than 50 employees), the government covers 100% of the cost.
Not hiring now?
You can use your Levy to upskill current employees, and even gift 50% of unused funds to your supply chain, partners, or wider sector.
