If you're successful, you'll receive an email invitation to complete an online assessment that measures your cognitive skills, leadership potential and teamwork ability. -
Step 3: Assessment Centre
Pass the online tests? Great! You’ll be invited to an in-person assessment where we dive a little deeper into how you handle real-world situations—working under pressure, interacting with others and showing us your true character! -
Step 4: 1:1 Interview
If you pass the assessment centre then it's time for a chat! We’ll schedule a one-on-one interview to get to know you better and explore where your strengths truly lie. -
Step 5: Find Your Perfect Apprenticeship
If you’re successful at the interview stage, we’ll match you to the ideal apprenticeship in your chosen industry. -
